Roger knows what it means to start over. Before becoming a coach, he competed at the highest level in bodybuilding — 11 competitions, 8 first-place finishes, and a cover feature in Fitness Magazine South Africa.
But elite sport takes a toll. After years of competition, he experienced the burnout, the injuries, and the periods where getting back felt impossible. Those setbacks became the foundation for how he coaches today.
RDK Fitness exists because Roger understands something most trainers don't: the hardest part isn't the training itself. It's finding the right starting point when you've been away from it. It's building a program that respects your current reality instead of punishing you for where you're not.
